{Christmas 2022}

 Our 2022 holiday season was so wonderful.  Definitely one for the books.

{Santa on the street}
When Auggie had a chance to talk to Santa, he was all business.  It was the cutest, most serious conversation ever, and I never want to forget it.

Auggie: "Do you know what persons that get a lump of coal can do with the coal?!"
Santa:  "Well, sometimes they get coal.  But you see these days, with the price of energy, coal is very dear.  It's almost worth it to have a lump of coal to heat up your house."
Auggie:  "And, if you give someone a lump of coal, they can use it for campfires!"
Santa:  "They certainly can!  So it's useful."

What a cool Santa.  And what a sweet, sweet little boy.
{Santa at church}
{Preschool Christmas program}
Watching Auggie do "The Gingerbread Cookie Dance" will forever be a core memory.  Nothing better.
{Christmas Eve}
Our first official family movie.  Polar Express, popcorn, hot chocolate in a sippy cup, santa hats...'twas the perfect Christmas Eve afternoon!
{Christmas Day}
Merry Christmas, and to all a good night!
