I wish to explore Memphis. I have been inspired by Lonestar's song, "Walking in Memphis". Ever since I heard this song, I have wanted to walk in Memphis. I think it has been on repeat for over an hour now.
Memphis has definitely seen better days. I was just there about 2 months ago. There is still that "air" to it, but it definitely has its bumps and bruises.
Marc Cohn makes my heart happy! Especially the song "True Companion" Please google or youtube it now... you won't be disappointed. From the guy who sings "Walking in Memphis" way back when.
